– The 3Pace Story –

3Pace was born in 2021 when Johannes Kappler asked himself how artificial intelligence and mathematical models could be used to increase yields on monthly annuity payouts. 3Pace has since developed into a serious pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) for finance as is seen by the numerous awards our AI Financial solutions have won in recent years.

The People behind 3Pace

3Pace is led by founder and CEO Johannes Kappler, together with his partner and Technical Director Dmitrii Gorbenko. They have a team of dedicated and talented developers, designers and mathematicians at their disposal, all of them have several years of experience in the insurance or financial sector.

Johannes is the founder and managing director of 3Pace. His quick perception and creativity led him to entrepreneurship. Over the past 10 years, he has played a key role in co-founding several FinTechs and has successfully positioned them on the market. He is a computer scientist and insurance specialist and also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Karlsruhe.

Dmitrii is a Partner at 3Pace and leads the company as CTO. With his ambition for high standards and precision, Dmitrii is the “man of the match” for complex projects. He has a wealth of experience in finance and insurance industry development solutions. In addition, he holds a Master's degree from Donetsk Technical University.
